Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Verification & payment – Orders are confirmed once payment clears and the shipping address passes our fraud-prevention check.

  • Handling time – Because we work with multiple fulfilment partners, handling typically takes 1 – 5 business days(Mon – Fri, excluding holidays). If an item is back-ordered or discontinued, we’ll notify you by email within 48 hours and offer an alternative or full refund.

3. Split Shipments

To get your items to you as quickly as possible, orders with multiple products may arrive in separate packages and on different days. You’ll receive a unique tracking number for each parcel.

4. Tracking Your Order

A shipment-confirmation email with live tracking links is sent the moment your package leaves the warehouse. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • We ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). International customers are responsible for any VAT, import duties, or brokerage fees levied by their country.

  • Refusing to pay customs charges will result in the parcel being returned or destroyed; shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Double-check your address at checkout; we cannot reroute packages once in transit.

  • Orders returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address are eligible for reshipment (new shipping charges apply) or a refund minus the original shipping cost.

7. Delays, Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Shipping times listed above are guidelines, not guarantees. Weather, customs backlogs, carrier strikes, or public-health emergencies may add extra days.

  • A package is considered lost if tracking shows no movement for 15 business days (domestic) or 30 business days(international). We will replace or refund lost orders.

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the parcel, please:

    1. Check with household members, neighbors, concierge, or mailroom.

    2. Contact the carrier for a GPS delivery scan.

    3. Email us within 7 days; we’ll file a claim and assist you case-by-case.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

We can modify or cancel an order within two hours of placement. After that window, it moves into processing and can no longer be changed.

9. Holiday Peaks & COVID-19 Notice

Carrier networks face higher volumes during November-December and global public-health disruptions. Expect possible 3–7 day extensions on quoted transit times.
